From 2 to 5 April, the 55th edition of Vinitaly, took place: a cornerstone international trade fair supporting one of Italy’s key export sectors: wine and viticulture. With nearly 100,000 visitors, a third of whom are international, precise and attentive event management is essential. For this reason, the organisers of the world’s largest wine fair chose to implement an integrated agenda system to provide buyers with a tool to maximise their experience and leave the fair fully satisfied.
In such a large and complex environment, maximising the effectiveness of relationships is a strategic priority. Vinitaly organisers chose LetzFair to equip participants with an agile, flexible, and integrated tool, optimising appointments between buyers and sellers throughout the fair.
Our Agenda functionality was integrated directly into the software already used by Vinitaly, allowing each user to:

4. Manage incoming requests in real time, accepting, rescheduling, or declining quickly and easily
This solution enabled participants to build a structured, personalised agenda, concentrating the most relevant meetings in the optimal time slots, reducing downtime, and maximising every minute spent at the fair.
Integrating the LetzFair agenda represented a significant upgrade to the trade fair experience, making participants’ journeys smoother, more organised, and goal-oriented.
