Welfare built
with people
Jointly is a benefit corporation founded in 2014 with the mission of helping people find the best care and assistance solutions for themselves and their families, ensuring needs are met in the fastest, most affordable, and reliable way.
Since then, Jointly has co-designed solutions with more than 900 companies, aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and engagement. These solutions are personalised and modular, starting from the analysis of specific needs.
We are committed to ensuring every project is useful and effective, also by measuring the social return on investment.
A digital platform to learn, grow, and engage
As part of the Professione Genitori project, Jointly aimed to provide families and young people with a simple, accessible, and engaging digital space to follow learning pathways, interact with experts, and feel part of an active community. LetzFair embraced this challenge with careful listening and a solution designed around the real needs of end users.
The platform, divided into four parallel streams, became a dynamic and interactive digital environment, featuring live streaming events, on-demand video content, personalised notifications, and a targeted communication system. At the heart of the experience was a video scoring mechanism, creating gradual, progressive pathways: each user could unlock new content only after completing previous modules, valuing individual engagement.
Through their personal agenda, participants could follow their own path, receive timely updates, discover upcoming sessions, and get direct support from the Jointly team via push notifications and emails.
Key Outcomes
Professione Genitori was more than just a training project: it became a true community space, where parents and young people could meet, share experiences, and stay updated. The presence of a Social Wall, the ability to interact during live sessions, continuous access to content, and open dialogue with professionals made the LetzFair platform a stable and recognisable reference point within the Jointly ecosystem.
Initiatives like this demonstrate how technology, when designed with care and listening, can become a tool for proximity and relationship building, strengthening the identity of social projects and guiding people and organisations through shared growth journeys.
