AI Assistant

The LetzFair AI Assistant (also known as the AI Concierge) is much more than a basic chatbot: it is an omniscient guide designed to eliminate friction by instantly answering both strategic business enquiries and technical platform questions. It acts as an event expert that accompanies the attendee, ensuring every feature and commercial opportunity is fully utilised.

Business discovery and strategic guidance

The assistant facilitates the discovery of relevant content and partners by analysing the event database in real time.

• Semantic exhibitor search: attendees can ask direct questions such as "Which stands deal with sustainable packaging?" or "Who are the main fintech investors present?".
• Interest-driven matching: by analysing the user’s profile and interests, the assistant suggests not only whom to visit but also which sessions to attend to maximise the visit's value.

Technical and logistical "how-to" support

The AI Assistant drastically reduces the workload of physical info desks by handling up to 90% of routine enquiries.

• App user guide: it answers immediate technical queries, such as "How do I request an appointment in the agenda?" or "Where can I find my QR Code for check-in?", providing step-by-step instructions.
• On-site Logistics: It provides precise information on schedules, services, and navigation based on official documentation: "What time does the cloakroom close?" or "Where is the nearest shuttle?".

Total reliability with RAG technology

Every response is secure and certified. Thanks to the RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) system, the assistant draws exclusively from official documents (PDFs, maps, FAQs) uploaded by the organiser, eliminating the risk of hallucinations or incorrect information.
