Digital Innovation Days
2021 Edition
The Digital Innovation Days Italy (#DIDAYSIT) 2021 was conceived as a personal and professional training moment focused on digital innovation in entrepreneurship, marketing, sustainability, and new technologies.
The 2021 edition saw its transformation into a true brand, evolving from a hybrid, time-limited event into a long-term project, embedded in the social and entrepreneurial fabric through the involvement of universities, institutions, and national companies.
The initiative was open to students, professionals, enthusiasts, and businesses, offering a chance to discover the latest digital marketing trends, hear directly from industry experts, and engage in-person or one-to-one.
Innovation that puts people at the centre
To shape this dynamic ecosystem, LetzFair provided its web-based platform, designing a flexible and complete solution to manage every aspect of the user experience, from registration to interaction, and from content access to peer networking.
The process began with a simplified registration, designed to welcome diverse audiences. Users then accessed a rich programme of live streaming events, exploring content from any device, with all materials available on-demand in a constantly updated library.
The virtual space also hosted interactive exhibition booths, personalised communications, push notifications, and a private chat to foster direct exchanges, discussions, and networking opportunities.
Thanks to detailed analytics generated by the platform, the organisers could deeply analyse event effectiveness, monitor engagement, and assess participant interest in specific content and interactions.
The result was a successful hybrid event, where technology enhanced relational value and transformed organisational complexity into a simple, rich, and accessible experience for all. A concrete example of how digital innovation can put people at the centre, facilitating participation and multiplying learning and connection opportunities.
Key Outcomes
The 2021 edition marked a real turning point. From a one-time event to a recognised brand, it attracted universities, institutions, companies, and professionals into a single major platform for discussions on digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and new technologies.
The theme of the year – Human Capital: driver for innovation, highlighted an inclusive and sustainable vision of progress, where digital transformation is primarily an opportunity to unlock human potential.
The format was phygital, with the first two days held in-person at Talent Garden Calabiana in Milan, followed by two fully digital days.
