We are looking for the figure to include in customer management operations department, passionate and detail-oriented to join our growing team, so that the bonds with our customers are increasingly solid, reliable and satisfying.
The person we are looking for must have strong qualities digital skills associated with aFluency in English, which they will represent integral part of his role, as he will go to operate in person on the software system.

Let's search:

  • minimum 3 years of experience matured in a context requiring hard and soft digital skills.
  • excellent interpersonal skills: the person will have to interact with high profile customers on a daily basis; It is essential that you have excellent active listening skills and that you are able to establish trust and manage relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital software: in particular in the use of the most common Project Management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello etc.).
  • digital skills: LetzFair is an app and platform 100% based on new technologies, Artificial Intelligence and algorithms, therefore it is essential that the person is familiar with digital tools and applications.
  • Fluency in English: the figure will interface with numerous foreign customers from different countries, for which the English language will be the main one.

  • Knowledge of Spanish.
  • Experience in events sector.

Main responsibilities:

  • Operate in first person on the software tool according to customers' needs.
  • To maintain regular relationships with customers during the start-up and implementation of projects, in order to ensure effective communication and timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and the development department to meet customer needs and resolve any critical issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer experience and internal strategies.
  • Generate and manage periodic reports and analyses to be transmitted to the sales department to develop, execute, optimize and evaluate Sales strategies.
