Jointly is a benefit company founded in 2014
with the aim of helping people find the best care and assistance solutions for themselves and their family in order to satisfy their needs in the fastest, most economical and reliable way.
Since then, together with companies, now more than 900, it has designed solutions that can increase the well-being and engagement of collaborators, because they start from the analysis of specific needs and are therefore personalized and modular.
We are committed to ensuring that every project is useful and effective, also through measurement of the social return on investment.
The platform for parents and children
Jointly, for the project Parents Profession, expressed the need to offer a collective tool that all parents and children could use, characterized by ease of use and appearance practical of its features.
We at LetzFair, after carefully listening to their needs and proposals, have developed a platform that meets both their expectations and those of end users.
The platform, divided into four different manifestations, depending on the projects to which members have signed up, frequently hosts videos in streaming with experts on various topics, with which the community can interact through the public chat which puts them directly in contact with the speakers.
The platform is also used as media library: obviously, not all subscribers can watch the live broadcasts, and for this reason they are able to see the videos on-demand once they have reached the necessary score.
A strong element of engagement is, in fact, the video scoring. This analytics system precisely tracks viewing time by the individual user, assigning scores which will accumulate and gradually unlock the subsequent videos of the project.
Each user has apersonal agenda with which you can follow the progress of the routes and, by subscribing to them, you will always be updated on any new videos, news, and the imminent start of the live broadcasts thanks to the push and email notifications sent promptly.
The platform is also used as a hub to keep the communications between the Jointly team and users, and serve as a point of contact for news, events, and support.
In conclusion, Jointly's Parenting Profession platform is a space community platforms in which young people and adults can meet to train, inform themselves, interact with other people and professionals, to build and nourish a united community updated on collective activities.
